How early access works.

This page explains how early access works. It does not replace the project agreement that applies once a project is confirmed.

Early access is a request.

The beta is introduced gradually for registered businesses in the European Union. An early-access request does not guarantee access or acceptance of a project.

Project details are confirmed first.

Before work begins, we confirm the selected stages, video duration, delivery, price, VAT and project arrangements in writing. You retain the final editorial decision on every project.

Data arrangements are project-specific.

Before a recording is accepted, we confirm the agreed services, access, processing route and retention period. Read Privacy for the plain-language information about the website forms and project arrangements.

Availability can change during beta.

We are adding functions gradually while keeping the experience responsive and the quality of the service high. If a format, language, integration or fully managed service matters for your production, discuss it with us before work begins.
